HLA Mentoring Workshop Series

We are excited to announce the upcoming HLA Mentoring Workshop Series! This programme is designed to support and enhance mentorship practices within the healthcare community. Our workshops will not only provide valuable insights into mentorship but will also offer participants the opportunity to earn 4 CPD points for attending all four workshops, or 1 CPD point for each individual session.

What is Our HLA Mentoring Workshop Series?

The HLA Mentoring Workshop Series is a structured programme designed to enhance and support mentorship practices within the healthcare sector. It aims to provide both mentors and mentees with expert insights and practical tools to develop strong, effective mentoring relationships. This series is part of the broader HLA Mentorship Programme, offering a combination of training and knowledge-sharing to ensure the success of these one-on-one mentoring relationships. Each workshop is CPD approved, making it an excellent opportunity for participants to gain professional development credits while learning from leading experts.

The series spans four workshops, each led by a distinguished speaker in the field, and covers a range of topics crucial for healthcare professionals, from navigating career paths to mentoring in complex situations.
