The Medics.Academy National Journal Club is an initiative that engages participants in the critical appraisal of clinical research. The Student Director will oversee the continuous operation of the Journal Club, ensuring the timely provision of suitable research papers and the dissemination of regular newsletters that highlight exemplary participant responses. Includes opportunity for fast-track application to the Healthcare Leadership Academy Scholars Programme.

HLA IDEAS is an incubator programme dedicated to supporting social enterprises and non-profit organisations in healthcare.

The Director will lead the strategic development and execution of the HLA IDEAS incubator programme, aligning it with the core values of the Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA). This role involves overseeing the two-year programme, providing mentorship and support to participating initiatives, fostering a community of healthcare professionals interested in social enterprise, and developing partnerships to enhance the programme's impact.
